This is due to the functionality of axons within the white domain of human brain being regulated by genetic factors. The axons serve as transmitters as well as interpreters of external stimuli in coordination with the nervous system. In essence, it is thought that the fewer the axons, t he slower the rate of brain development including maturity to understand intricate contemplations and level of knowledge.
